U4gm Hero Siege Elite Targeting and Efficient Loot Runs

Season 10 farming is less about racing teammates to every monster and more about keeping the party moving. Whether your next upgrade depends on drops or Hero Siege Gold, the September 4, 2026 update deserves attention: Patch 7.0.11 reduced the loot penalty for missing a monster tag by 50% and removed that specific penalty entirely in Blood Pacts.

Stop Making Every Kill a Roll Call

The practical takeaway is room for specialization. Try assigning one strong area-damage character to ordinary packs while another player handles tougher survivors. Instead of pausing until everyone lands an attack, let the main damage dealer maintain momentum and give teammates jobs that fit their builds.

Keep the distinction clear: regular group play still has a reduced tagging penalty, while Blood Pacts no longer apply it. Outside Blood Pacts, taking an easy hit remains sensible when it costs almost no time. The change is not a reason to ignore every available tag.

Give Elite Targets Their Own Attention

Use elite encounters as deliberate regrouping points. Have one player call the target, then direct focused damage toward it while the pack clearer handles surrounding enemies. This approach gives the party a shared priority without requiring four players to chase the same nearly defeated ordinary monster.

For weaker characters, choose responsibilities with visible results. Finishing stragglers, watching approaching threats, or applying useful support effects can all become assigned tasks where the build allows. Ask what each teammate can reliably contribute rather than treating damage totals as the only measure of participation.

Move Together Without Moving Identically

Before starting, agree on a route leader and a simple rule for regrouping. Follow the same general path, but allow small spacing differences between characters. The strongest player should aim for a sustainable pace, not disappear ahead while everyone else struggles to navigate and collect items.

Build loot collection into the route. Suggest brief pickup windows after dense encounters or before changing areas, rather than stopping unpredictably after every drop. Each player should collect their own rewards and flag worthwhile finds. Save lengthy comparisons and inventory sorting for the reset between runs.

Test Speed Against Actual Rewards

For coordinated routes, try removing pauses that existed solely to secure universal tags. Start with familiar runs, keep the route consistent, and compare completion times alongside each member's useful drops. Treat faster farming as something to measure, not an automatic guarantee of better returns.

Blood Pact groups have more freedom to test an aggressive clearing pace because this tagging penalty is gone. Elsewhere, weigh the remaining penalty against time saved. Keep the faster setup only if its results work for the whole party. Efficient farming should feel coordinated, not exclusionary. Whether you pursue upgrades through drops or explore Hero Siege Gold for sale, keep responsibilities clear, pickups predictable, and the pace comfortable for everyone.
